Not that long ago, my life looked and felt VERY different.

I had lived with high-functioning depression for as long as I could remember, but by my early thirties I had developed a severe anxiety problem that slowly took over almost every part of my day-to-day life.

My self-worth and confidence got so diminished that eventually even something seemingly simple, like going for coffee with a friend, would give me heart palpitations.

What this coaching is built on

This work combines lived experience with evidence-based habit and mindset principles I’ve studied and applied for over a decade.

The Happy Girl Method focuses on proven, repeatable habits that compound over time to create lasting change. It’s designed for women who are holding their lives together on the outside but feel tired, stuck, or disconnected on the inside, women who want to feel more energized, confident, and in control of their lives again.

Over the past ten years, I didn’t just learn the theory, I lived through the process of change. I immersed myself in courses, books, podcasts, and real-life experimentation to transform my own habits, rebuild self-trust, and create steady momentum in my life. I also worked with incredible coaches who accelerated my journey and showed me firsthand how powerful dedicated support and accountability can be when you’re trying to make a big change.

These are the same foundations I now guide my clients to build. The work we'll do together gives you practical tools and systems you can actually use in daily life, tools that help you move forward consistently, manage your mindset with greater clarity, and develop a deeper sense of confidence in yourself. Over time, this steady work reshapes how you show up and experience your life. You feel lighter, more stable, and genuinely happier.
